Byron Bay Wildlife Sanctuary is hosting a lively day of local makers, live music and good vibes. Browse a curated line-up of local artists, vintage goods, wellness brands, fine foods and more — all set against the backdrop of the Sanctuary, right in the middle of the NSW & QLD school holidays.
Free to attend. Grab a coffee, catch some live music, enjoy wildlife encounters and support local!

Live Music Join us from 12–3pm for live music from Lila Swain (DJ/singer).
Weather This is an all-weather, outdoor event with uncovered areas. If rain's on the cards, bring an umbrella and gumboots — we're not able to supply wet weather gear on the day.
Parking Free parking available on-site.
What to Expect
A relaxed morning of browsing local stalls, live tunes, and a chance to soak up the Sanctuary atmosphere before or after your visit. Food and drink options on the day are still being finalised — check back closer to the date for the full stallholder line-up.
Good to Know
Is entry to the Sanctuary included? No — Community Markets entry is free, but this event is held in the front car park area, separate to the Sanctuary itself. Visiting the wildlife park, animal experiences and add-ons requires separate admission, book here.
Where exactly is it? The markets are set up at the front of and inside the building, not inside the park.
What if it rains? The markets go ahead rain or shine. The area is uncovered, so pack an umbrella and gumboots just in case.
Is there parking? Yes, free on-site parking is available.
What's on offer at the stalls? A mix of local makers, wellness products, fine foods and more. Full stallholder list coming soon.
